Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a variety of dessert items for the restaurant's menu
- Develop new and innovative pastry recipes while also maintaining classic favorites
- Ensure all desserts are consistently prepared to high-quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed to avoid any shortages
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus that incorporate pastry items
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef with knowledge of international pastry techniques
- Strong understanding of flavor profiles, textures, and presentation for desserts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when it comes to dessert creations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
- Team player with strong communication skills

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Experience working with various types of equipment including mixers, ovens, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1100$ per month based on experience.
