Solar Installer



As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems in homes and businesses. Your primary task will be to ensure that solar panels, inverters, and other components are properly installed and connected. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise with the system, as well as performing routine maintenance to keep the system running efficiently.

Your main duties will include:

- Installing and connecting solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components according to manufacturer instructions and safety regulations
- Conducting site surveys to assess the best location for solar panel placement
- Assembling racking systems and securing panels onto roofs or other structures
- Wiring solar panels and connecting them to the electrical grid
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Performing routine maintenance such as cleaning panels, checking wiring connections, and replacing faulty components
- Collaborating with other team members to complete installations within deadlines

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be comfortable working at heights. You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team. While previous experience in solar installation is preferred, we welcome candidates without prior experience who are willing to learn on the job.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical or renewable energy systems is preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring principles
- Ability to work at heights on roofs or elevated structures
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job

This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month. We are looking for Indian candidates who are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
