Office Manager

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks of our office in Porto. Your main goal will be to ensure that all office processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with all departments, providing support, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings. You must have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and budget
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff members
- Conduct research for projects or special assignments
- Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport valid for international travel

Salary: 1300$ per month (part-time)
