Office Manager
Our fast-paced company in Porto is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in office management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have the ability to work independently. The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and colleagues via phone, email, and in person
- Organize and maintain company records and filing systems
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working with biometric passports or other security documents
- Prior experience working with international clients or colleagues
