We are seeking an experienced Metal Worker to join our team in Vilnius. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment using specialized tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in metalworking and be able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate metal structures and equipment according to technical drawings
- Assemble metal components using hand tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools
- Repair damaged metal structures or equipment
- Measure and mark materials for cutting or shaping
- Operate various machinery such as lathes, grinders, and saws
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in metalworking or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with various hand tools, welding equipment, and machinery
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
