Information Security Analyst

As a highly skilled Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information within our organization. This includes conducting risk assessments, implementing security measures, and monitoring for any potential threats or vulnerabilities. You will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting security training and educating employees on best practices for information security. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing technologies and threats.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security weaknesses
- Implementing and maintaining security controls to protect against cyber threats
- Monitoring network activity and investigating any suspicious incidents or breaches
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging security threats and trends
- Collaborating with IT teams to ensure secure configuration of systems and networks
- Developing and enforcing information security policies and procedures
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Providing guidance and training to employees on information security best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in information security
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Mauren (open to candidates from all nationalities)
