- Attend networking events and conferences to expand our client base
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics to track progress towards goals
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
