Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Ajman. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office records and file documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the company
- Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Salary: 1500$ per month
Location: Ajman
Preference: Africans, Malayalees, English speakers without experience. Accommodation not provided. Free visa and ticket will be provided by the company.
