Administrative Assistant for Indian Company in Vianden
We are a growing Indian company looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vianden. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, ideal for freshers or individuals looking for a challenging opportunity. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring smooth operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
