Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. This includes creating detailed blueprints, conducting site surveys, and collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects. You will also be responsible for adhering to building codes and regulations, as well as balancing functionality, safety, and aesthetics in your designs.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 3 years of experience working in industrial design. You must also be proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and have a strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and techniques.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Conducting site surveys to gather necessary information for design purposes
- Creating detailed blueprints using CAD software
- Collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Adhering to building codes and regulations throughout the design process
- Balancing functionality, safety, and aesthetics in your designs
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience working in industrial design
- Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

This is a full-time position based in Moscow. While this job is open to all nationalities, preference will be given to Pakistani applicants who are fluent in English. This position does not include accommodation.
