Industrial Architect

The Industrial Architect will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient designs. The role requires a strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and materials. The Industrial Architect must also have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine project requirements and specifications
- Develop design concepts that meet client's needs and budget
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
- Prepare project proposals, contracts, budgets, and schedules
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress
- Coordinate with contractors during construction phase
- Manage project documentation including drawings, reports, permits, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Location: Moscow (open to all nationalities)
Salary: 1400$ per month
