Senior Industrial Architect

As a Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements. You will also lead a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and structures
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Oversee the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors in the design and construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure that designs are being implemented as planned
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, technologies, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Leadership skills to manage a team of professionals
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English (Russian proficiency is preferred)

Salary: $1500 per month

City: Moscow (open to candidates from other locations)
