Indian Executive Chef in Las Vegas


We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Las Vegas. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Indian cuisine kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, and staff management. You must have a deep understanding and passion for Indian cuisine and be able to create authentic and flavorful dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new and innovative Indian dishes for our menu
- Oversee all food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events or special menus
- Continuously strive for excellence in food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into the menu

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes
- Ability to lead a diverse team of kitchen staff effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other departments and manage customer inquiries or complaints
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month. Additional benefits such as housing allowance may be provided based on experience.

Location:
This position is based in Las Vegas but may require occasional travel to other locations for catering events or menu development.
