Online Consultant for English-Speaking Clients in Izhevsk, Russia


We are a fast-growing online consulting company based in Izhevsk, Russia and we are currently looking for an English-speaking consultant to join our team. This is a part-time position that does not require any previous experience and can be done remotely from anywhere in the city.

As an online consultant, your main responsibility will be to assist our English-speaking clients with their inquiries and provide them with high-quality customer service. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and communicating via chat or video calls.

To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to adapt your communication style to different situations. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think on your feet. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

As this is a remote position, you will need to have your own computer or laptop with a stable internet connection. We do not provide accommodation for this position.

In addition to the above responsibilities, you may also be asked to assist with other tasks such as data entry or social media management. Therefore, basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms are preferred.
