Formworker Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our construction team in Los Angeles. As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of formworkers, ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers on construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate placement of forms
- Train new formworkers and provide ongoing support and guidance to the team
- Ensure that all safety regulations and company policies are followed at all times
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Communicate with other members of the construction team to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and project progress

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a formworker, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans accurately
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
