Project Architect/Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect/Manager to join our team in Khanpur. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. This role is suitable for men and includes accommodation.

As a Project Architect/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your main duties will include creating project plans, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring quality control throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Manage project budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee the design process and ensure adherence to project specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Prepare progress reports for clients and company leadership
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Architect/Manager in an architectural firm or construction company
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software

This position is suitable for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership skills to manage a team of architects and designers.
