Indian Barista



We are seeking an experienced Indian Barista to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the café, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks
- Ensure consistency in the quality of beverages by following recipes and standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with menu selection and provide recommendations as needed
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items such as pastries or sandwiches as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of coffee making techniques, latte art is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1200$
Location: Al-Rayyan (own transportation required)
Working Hours: Full-time (8 hours per day)
Employment Type: Own Visa (without accommodation)
