We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will help drive business decisions. This position is open to Indian nationals who are looking for job opportunities abroad.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and software
- Identify patterns and trends in the data and present findings to stakeholders
- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights from the data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools such as R or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner
