We are seeking a dynamic and fluent English-speaking moderator to join our team in Shan, India. As a moderator, you will be responsible for managing online discussions and ensuring that conversations are respectful, productive, and engaging. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to think critically and make quick decisions. Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Engage with users and answer questions about the platform
- Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by users
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve moderation processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online communities

Requirements:
- Native or fluent English speaker (Indian nationality preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics with diplomacy and professionalism
- Experience with moderation or customer service is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
