Indian Cuisine Chef


We are seeking a skilled Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team in Balzers. As a chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality and delicious meals for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative Indian menus that cater to different tastes and dietary restrictions
- Prepare and cook various dishes according to traditional recipes and techniques
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food handling, preparation, and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef
- Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking methods, spices, ingredients, and flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of meals during busy periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
