We are hiring a motivated and experienced Teamlead to manage our team in Gujrat. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our team, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the work of team members to achieve project goals
- Provide mentorship and support to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of results
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary training opportunities
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Experience in managing remote teams is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month.
