As a Moderator for our online community based in Braga, Portugal, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our users. You will be responsible for monitoring and moderating all user-generated content, ensuring that it adheres to our community guidelines and policies. Your main goal will be to foster a sense of community and facilitate meaningful interactions between our users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all user-generated content on our platform, including posts, comments, and messages
- Enforce community guidelines and policies by removing any inappropriate or offensive content
- Engage with users in a friendly and professional manner to resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Encourage positive interactions between users by initiating discussions and responding to comments
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Proven experience as an online moderator or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with tact
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Availability to work full-time with accommodation provided
