Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Salalah, Oman
We are hiring a seasonal Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Salalah, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, customer service, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests. This is a perfect opportunity for an Indian national who is looking for a short-term seasonal job without requiring prior experience or knowledge of English.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all employees, including servers, cooks, and other staff members
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Train new employees on restaurant procedures and policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Able to work in Salalah, Oman without requiring knowledge of English
- No prior experience required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
