Architectural Technologist - Design and Construction Manager

As an Architectural Technologist - Design and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various architectural projects. This includes collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all necessary regulations and codes. You will also be involved in creating detailed plans and drawings, managing budgets, and coordinating with clients to ensure their needs are met. Your attention to detail and knowledge of building materials, methods, and techniques will be crucial in ensuring successful project completion. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the design process. This role requires strong communication skills as you will be liaising with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Preference for candidates with a background in architecture or construction management. Salary starts at $1700 per month. Located in Shan (or preference for remote work).
