As a Freelance Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate and professional interpretation services in various settings, including conferences, meetings, and other events. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills in both English and your native language (Filipino or Nepali preferred) and the ability to quickly and accurately interpret spoken words. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours depending on demand.

Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services in a variety of settings, including business meetings, conferences, medical appointments, legal proceedings, etc.
- Ensure accuracy and cultural sensitivity in all interpretations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Familiarize yourself with specialized vocabulary related to the field of interpretation.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Follow ethical standards of practice for interpreters.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Filipino or Nepali (written and spoken).
- Previous experience as an interpreter preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly comprehend spoken words.
- Strong knowledge of cultural differences between languages.
- Ability to maintain composure under stressful situations.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month. Additional compensation may be provided for overtime or travel expenses if applicable.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. The successful candidate must already have housing arrangements in Eschen or be willing to relocate at their own expense.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Only candidates who are legally authorized to work in Liechtenstein will be considered.
