Assistant Restaurant Manager

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Multan. Your main responsibilities will include managing and training staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Preferably a local candidate with knowledge of the Multan area.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in hiring, training, and managing staff members.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficient functioning of the restaurant.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare staff schedules according to business needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Oversee billing processes, cash handling, and other administrative tasks as required.

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company. We also offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket for non-local candidates.
