Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting on delinquent accounts in a timely and efficient manner. They will use effective communication and negotiation skills to work with customers to resolve outstanding balances. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month with the potential for bonuses based on performance. This is a full-time position in Nairobi, Kenya, but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus. Biometric passport or equivalent identification is necessary for all applicants. This is an urgent position, so the ability to start immediately is preferred. Part-time positions may also be available for qualified candidates with limited availability.
