Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in the city of Chelyabinsk. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements while also complying with building codes and regulations.

Your main duties will include creating detailed blueprints and construction plans, conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance, and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to bring projects to completion. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets and timelines, as well as providing guidance and support to junior architects on your team.

To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture and at least 3-5 years of experience working on commercial projects. You should also have a strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and industry standards. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients, contractors, and other professionals on a regular basis.
