We are looking for a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, measurements, and mapping of land areas for various construction and development projects. You will also work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys and measurements of land areas using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS devices
- Preparing detailed reports, maps, and drawings based on survey data
- Analyzing survey data to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure accurate site layout and design
- Ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data and documentation
- Providing guidance to field personnel on survey techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in using total stations, GPS devices, and other relevant surveying equipment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
