Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Location: Utena, Lithuania (preference for Indian candidates)


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join our team in Utena. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for providing support to senior management by handling correspondence and managing their calendars.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, as well as accommodation and visa sponsorship for international candidates.
