We are currently in need of an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for painting and coating various industrial structures and equipment, ensuring that they are protected from corrosion and other environmental factors. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1400$, along with accommodation and other benefits. We are urgently seeking someone with prior experience in industrial painting, but no formal education or English language skills are required for this job.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix and apply paint according to specifications
- Use various techniques such as spraying, brushing, or rolling to apply paint
- Ensure that painted surfaces are free of imperfections and meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols when working with paint and related materials
- Maintain inventory of paints, brushes, and other materials needed for the job
- Communicate with team members to coordinate painting projects

Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Industrial Painter is preferred but not required
- Ability to work full-time without any prior experience or formal education
- Must have basic knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as climbing ladders or scaffolding
- Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Willingness to work in Nakuru, Kenya without English language proficiency
