Architectural Designer
Location: Mauren, Liechtenstein



We are currently hiring for an experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in the beautiful city of Mauren, Liechtenstein. As an Architectural Designer, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative designs that meet their expectations and budget. You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and specifications, as well as overseeing the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is preferred. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and create design proposals
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software
- Research building materials and construction techniques to ensure cost-effective and sustainable designs
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills
