As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Your role will involve preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and other baked goods in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality products are consistently delivered to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and frostings according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are cooked at the correct temperature and time
- Decorate baked goods with icing or toppings as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Order ingredients and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent knowledge of different types of pastry/bread doughs and baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust ingredients as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Kuwait (preferably Indian nationality)
