Teamlead - Wiltz, Luxembourg

As a Teamlead in our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and delegate tasks to team members based on their strengths and skills
- Monitor and track progress of projects, providing guidance and support where needed
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address any issues, and set goals
- Mentor team members, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient project execution
- Oversee budgeting and resource management for projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg (visa sponsorship available for non-EU nationals)
