We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Bungoma. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces using a variety of techniques and tools. Your main duties will include sanding, priming, and painting industrial equipment, structures, and surfaces with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Painter.
- Proven experience in surface preparation, paint mixing, and application.
- Ability to use a variety of painting tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of different types of paints and their application methods.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Physically fit and able to work in different environments.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, or power washing.
- Mix paints according to specifications for color and texture.
- Apply primer before painting to ensure proper adhesion.
- Use brushes, rollers or spray guns to apply paint onto various surfaces.
- Follow safety procedures when working with paints and chemicals.
- Maintain a clean work area at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all paints and related materials.
