We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Mauren. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Take orders from customers and prepare beverages according to their preferences
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients and following recipes
- Keep inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability, including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Applicants must have their own accommodation in Mauren or be willing to relocate.
