Destination Wedding Planner

Are you a creative and organized individual with a passion for weddings? Do you have experience in event planning and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a talented Destination Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a destination wedding planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing beautiful and unforgettable weddings in exotic locations around the world.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for their dream destination wedding
- Research and recommend suitable locations based on client preferences and budget
- Coordinate with vendors including venues, caterers, photographers, florists, etc.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions for clients
- Plan all aspects of the wedding including decorations, entertainment, transportation, accommodations, etc.
- Manage all logistics leading up to the wedding day including travel arrangements and guest communication
- Oversee the setup and execution of the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire planning process

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is required; experience in wedding planning is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for design and aesthetics
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to travel frequently for client meetings and on-site coordination during weddings

Salary:
1300$ per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
