Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include managing schedules, organizing meetings and appointments, and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems. You will also be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, as well as strong computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience as an administrative assistant is preferred. This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month and is open to Indian nationals with a valid work permit in Qatar.
