Senior Architect


We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in Remish, offering a competitive salary of 1300$. This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension based on performance. We prefer candidates with experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in the Indian market. As our company focuses on international projects, fluency in English is required.

Key responsibilities:
- Leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion
- Conducting site visits and overseeing construction progress
- Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Supervising junior architects and providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an architect, with at least 5 years in a senior role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for design
