Experienced Tiler in Vilnius

We are hiring an experienced Tiler to join our team in Vilnius. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for measuring and cutting tiles, preparing surfaces, mixing and applying adhesives, and installing tiles on various surfaces. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English and have valid work permits. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles according to specifications
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying waterproofing materials
- Mix and apply adhesives for tile installation
- Install tiles on floors, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of tiles
- Cut and shape tiles around obstacles such as pipes or fixtures
- Grout joints between tiles and clean excess grout
- Repair or replace damaged or broken tiles
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler in residential or commercial settings
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of different types of tile materials and adhesives
- Familiarity with tile cutting tools such as wet saws or hand tools
- Strong attention to detail for precise measurements and cuts
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, lifting, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Valid work permit for Lithuania (if applicable)
