A reputable construction company in Washington is seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fitting and assembling structural components, working with a variety of tools and materials, and following blueprints and technical drawings. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine work procedures
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit metal components to specifications using hand tools or machines
- Assemble structural components such as beams, columns, and frames according to plans
- Install fittings such as bolts, screws, rivets or welds to secure structural components
- Use various tools and equipment such as grinders, saws, drills, and welding machines
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with hand tools and machines used in fitting processes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials if needed
