- Perform regular backups of important data
- Provide technical support for end-users as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in network and systems administration is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
