We are seeking a customer service representative to join our cruise line team in Ar-Ruwais. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have during their cruise. This position requires proficiency in Malayalam and English, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers upon embarkation and assist with check-in process
- Respond to passenger inquiries via phone, email or in person
- Handle and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about on-board activities, services, and port destinations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the cruise
- Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (both written and verbal)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
