Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers on board our cruise ships. You will assist with booking reservations, answering inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests. This role requires a high level of English proficiency and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and promote a positive brand image for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers and provide information about services and amenities on board
- Assist with booking reservations and handling payments
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email or in-person in a timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations
- Promote the company's products and services to potential customers
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Filipino language proficiency is preferred)
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Ar-Ruwais (Preference for Filipino candidates)
