Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to customers through online channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for promoting our company's products and services, as well as identifying potential sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Promoting our company's products and services through online channels
- Identifying potential sales opportunities and making recommendations to customers
- Maintaining a positive relationship with customers by providing excellent service
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as chat, email, social media, etc.
- Must have a valid biometric passport
Salary:
Starting salary of $1500 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
Location:
This position is located in Braga, Portugal. However, we welcome applicants from any location as this role can be performed remotely.
