Restaurant Manager


The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Porto. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can lead our team to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of food quality. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring quality control
- Train and supervise employees to maintain high levels of customer service and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus and specials that meet customer demands and maintain profitability
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees
- Address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Porto. Candidates must already have legal authorization to work in Portugal without accommodation.
