Junior Accountant - Salalah, Kenya



We are searching for a Junior Accountant to join our team in Salalah, Kenya. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with general accounting tasks and supporting the senior accounting team. This position is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with limited accounting experience looking to gain valuable skills and grow within the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports
- Support the senior accounting team in various projects and assignments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance in all financial activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or currently pursuing)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Prior internship or entry-level experience is a plus
