Instrument Technician: Manufacturing and Maintenance - Clairvaux, Pakistan



We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our manufacturing and maintenance team in Clairvaux, Pakistan. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and control systems used in our production processes.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various instruments and control systems used in manufacturing processes.
- Perform routine inspections, tests, and calibrations on instruments to ensure accurate readings.
- Troubleshoot and repair any faulty instruments or systems to minimize downtime.
- Monitor instrument performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working with electricity and hazardous materials.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, PLCs, VFDs, and other control systems.
- Knowledge of instrumentation principles such as flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Must be physically fit to perform tasks that may involve climbing ladders or working in confined spaces.

Salary:

The salary for this position is $1700 per month. In addition to the competitive salary, we also offer full accommodation for our employees.
