Online Consultant (English, Part-Time) - Siauliai, Lithuania


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance via online chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Availability to work part-time (20 hours per week).

Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals or have experience working with Indian clients. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. We also strongly encourage women to apply for this position.
