Job Title: Architectural Technologist in Eschen, Liechtenstein



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects, ensuring they meet all building regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and specifications
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects to ensure they meet specifications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant computer programs
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Eschen, Liechtenstein. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities.
